Poppy Playtime developer Mob Entertainment has created a new Pride shirt featuring some of the game's characters, and the net proceeds from sales of the shirt are going to a good place.
The Smiling Critters Pride Tee, as it's called, features eight Poppy Playtime mascot toys arranged in the colors of the rainbow, with CatNap carrying a Pride flag in its disturbingly long tail.
Alongside CatNap, the other critters featured on the shirt are as follows: PickyPiggy, Bobby BearHug, DogDay, KickinChicken, Hoppy Hopscotch, CraftyCorn, and Bubba Bubbaphant. Naturally, PickyPiggy's color isn't in the standard rainbow, but he's just happy to be an ally, and you should be too!

The shirt is unisex and made from 100% cotton, and what's more, every cent of its net proceeds will go to The Trevor Project, a charity specializing in suicide prevention for LGBTQ+ folks.
In fact, Mob Entertainment announced earlier this month that it has donated $2000 to The Trevor Project to celebrate Pride Month, further going on to affirm that "LGBTQIA+ rights are human rights". Good for you, Mob Entertainment.
It's worth noting that Poppy Playtime is a pretty popular franchise, with the first game (which is needed to play subsequent chapters) attracting tens of thousands of reviews on Steam.
As such, Mob Entertainment's message has the potential to reach a pretty sizable audience, and given the positivity of that message, that's something to be celebrated. Let's hope the shirt gets some serious sales.

If you're unfamiliar with Poppy Playtime, it's a mascot-based horror franchise that's not a million miles away from Five Nights at Freddy's.
The games revolve around a series of toys that have, as you might expect, gone murder-crazy, and you must survive their rampage in a derelict toy factory filled with puzzles to solve and monstrous toys to avoid.
Poppy Playtime's first installment launched in 2021 and is free to play, but if you want to continue the story, you'll need to buy Chapters 2 and 3. Still, at least now you know developer Mob Entertainment is using the money for a good cause (well, mostly, anyway).
You can check out Poppy Playtime right now on PC via Steam. It's also available on PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.
